SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom and memory ties may require additional production time. If your order includes a custom or memory tie, processing times will be shared at checkout or via confirmation email.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination but typically range from 3–7 business days after processing.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

 

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist as best we can.

 

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final on Custom Items

Due to the personalized nature of ReTied ties, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
